Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or special promotions.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• We currently ship within Canada (and the U.S. if you’d like, you can choose).

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Standard delivery times (after processing) are:

  • Within Canada: 3–8 business days

  • To the U.S.: 5–10 business days
    Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Free Shipping

• We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $100 (before tax & discounts).

Local Pickup

• Free local pickup is available at our Maple Ridge store during business hours. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Issues

• Fern & Lilly is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once shipped, but we’ll do our best to help track your order.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed.
