Classic Vanilla Shortbread

This traditional shortbread, or a similar flavour-type have been made as early as the 12th Century, however its invention is most often attributed to Mary Queen of Scots in the 16th Century.

Made with half of the sugar of Grandma's shortbread, this cookie is the ideal treat for a diabetic or someone watching their sugar.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Butter, (cream, salt, milk) Sugar, Rice flour, Pure vanilla
